J. Cameron Halford
Cameron Halford is originally from Barnwell County, South Carolina. He is a December, 1990 graduate of the University of South Carolina, and graduated with a Juris Doctorate Degree in May, 1999 at the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Halford served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Paul E. Short of the South Carolina Sixth Judicial Circuit from August 1999 to August 2000. In 2003, Halford founded Halford Law Firm, LLC in Fort Mill, South Carolina practicing primarily in the field of real estate transactions. Mr. Halford’s practice includes complex construction litigation cases, defending home owners facing foreclosure, and handling business litigation claims and employment law for corporate clients of the firm. He he routinely advises clients in business formations, including LLC, Corporations and Partnership formations.
Matthew R. Niemiec
Matthew Niemiec is originally from Beaufort County, South Carolina. Mr. Niemiec’s practice involves Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Family Law with emphasis on felony and DUI matters. He routinely practices before the Family Court in York, Chester and Lancaster counties in divorce and child custody matters and represents clients in the Criminal Courts in the counties of York, Lancaster and Chester.
P. John Freeman
John Freeman is a native and life-long resident of Fort Mill, South Carolina. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of South Carolina. In 1991 Mr. Freeman graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Charles Whetstone from 1991 to 1992 and previously worked as an Assistant Solicitor with the State of South Carolina before founding his own private practice. Mr. Freeman’s practice is devoted primarily to Bankruptcy practice with emphasis upon Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. He is also a member of the Family Court bar in York County and practices Criminal Defense.
